Every Time I place Something In My Shopping Cart, The Shopping Cart Stays Empty

This is really quite simple. In order to use our shopping cart software, you have to have something called "cookies" activated. In your privacy settings, your cookies are most likely disengaged in your Internet Browser settings. This will be a problem if you want to buy things on the Internet. Fix the problem by going to the "tools" tab in your browser, clicking on "options", and then navigating to the "privacy" tab to enable cookies (instructions). Does this company have standards when it comes to my privacy?

Our Privacy Policy is pretty simple. We will only ever use the information you have given us to fulfill your order or contact you with any questions or problems that may arise with completing your order. That's it.

Check your billing address. Is it precisely the same as the address the credit or bank company has registered? You may be confident that your order should be going through the system and it still isn't. If this is the situation you're in, follow this checklist:
  1. You have checked your billing fields and found them correct. Now you need to check it again. Don't just browse it. Look up the information that your card issuer has and match it word-for-word.
  2. Sometimes your banking information hasn't caught up yet if you've moved recently, so you might want to try using your previous address.

Can you put the designs for shirts I just bought on the back?

Putting designs on the back of your order will be no issue at all, and we will gladly do it at no additional fee to you. Please make sure you let us know that this is how you want your shirts made, though, by instructing us in the "comments" area of your online order form.

You may be able to get a cheaper product elsewhere, but you're going to know how cheap that product is when it falls apart in your washing machine. A company that sells a faulty product won't make such claims. While we do sell slim fit t-shirts for those of you who prefer them, the rest of our product is made with 6.1 oz cotton tees. That's quality that you can feel.

How long does it take for you to actually put my package in the mail?

There are so many companies out there that don't believe that fast shipping is important to their customers, but we know different. We don't sit on orders. In fact, we ship orders within a day of getting them in our system. Your order will be moved through our system during regular business hours. Those hours are 7 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon, central standard time and excludes all USPS recognized holidays. Your order will ship the day after processing. When payments for orders are fulfilled on one of the days we don't work, then your order is pushed down to the next day we're open. If you pay for your shirts on a Sunday, we'll get your order on Monday and jog it forward through our production facility and then to the post office. We pride ourselves on keeping a fully stocked warehouse here, and the vast majority of the orders that come in are ready to be made and shipped quickly. We scarcely ever need to order supplies for an order to be completed, but if we do it usually only takes a couple of days for us to restock and ship your order. When this happens, we resupply our stock on the item right away. This usually takes a couple of days, so your order will ship out to you at a very slight delay. In the grand scheme of things, it's still some of the fastest shipping out there.

There are many shipping options, all with different costs, when you are considering how fast you need your order delivered. Need it by the weekend? You should probably choose something other than our standard shipping choice.

If you are a resident of the U.S.A., then you can pick from three different shipping options that we've made available.

  1. Standard Shipping will take around 3-8 Postal Shipping Days.
  2. Expedited shipping will take 2 to 3 business days to arrive.
  3. Express Shipments are only for those people who have to have the order in the fastest way possible. All orders are given a certain amount of priority, but EXPRESS orders are of the highest order of importance. These orders will be delivered in only ONE to TWO days.
ITEM OF INTEREST! Hawaiian and Alaskan shipments will always be shipped with Priority Mail and arrive into you waiting hands anywhere from 5-10 working days. These are only shipping estimates, and cannot take into consideration mail delays with the Post Office or rare processing issues during the infrequent times that supplies are out of stock for your order. Please feel free to include your email when you order, and we will provide your tracking information when we put your order in the mail for you. This is only available within the Continental United States.

Our International friends from the nations of Denmark, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Great Britain, Canada, North Ireland, and Sweden are welcome to order using our International Shipping option. International orders usually take anywhere from FOUR to EIGHT weeks to arrive, and this is especially true for the Holiday shipping season. If you contact us after just one week of ordering, we can only tell you to wait the entire eight weeks before contacting us again. If you want tracking information, we are sorry to say that we cannot of International Tracking at this time.

We are required by law to declare the complete value and contents of your International Order, even if your package is declared a "gift." In addition to this, you may see that you can have additional charges levied against your order when it enters your country. You are responsible for paying these Customs Fees. If you need any information concerning Customs fees and procedure, please call your area's customs agent.

We love and respect all men and women who serve in our Armed Services, so we have no problem shipping to any APO/FPO. The only shipping option available for APO/FPO deliveries is USPS Standard Mail, which means that the faster shipping options of Express and Expedited are not available to the Armed Services. The delivery times listed above do not apply to APO/FPO addresses, as we cannot estimate the delivery times Internationally.

We use USPS Standard Shipping for all orders going to PO BOX addresses. These shipments are usually completed within THREE to FIVE business days.


I love your website and I love your shirts! I want to buy some so bad, but the only way I could pay would be with a money order. Is that something you can do?

We understand your predicament completely! That's why we have some really easy steps laid out for your to follow if you want to mail your money in to us with a money order.
  1. You need to firstly figure out what you want to buy with your money order, right? We need to know what shirts you want, what style of shirts, what shirt colors, and what sizes of shirts. Email us by CLICKING HERE and telling us that information we need as well as your desire to pay through the mail.
  2. Once we get your email with your information, we'll email you right back! Ours will be an invoice that includes your total cost after compiling shirt and shipping fees. It will also include our address to ship your payment to.
  3. Print out that email that we sent you that includes all of your costs, your shipping address, and your order. Mail that information in an envelope to the address we gave you and include your payment. We'll ship your shirts as soon as we get your letter in the mail!
